Whether you are coming out as an individual and inhabiting Single Living Accommodation (SLA), or bringing your partner, children and pets to occupy Service Family Accommodation (SFA), this page will cover everything you will need to know about what you can expect.
An update on the Long Term Relationships Established (LTR (E)) pilot: British Forces Cyprus (BFC) was identified as one of the overseas LTR (E) pilot site by the MoD. The pilot started from 22 Jan 24 and was expected to end on 31 mar 25. However, in the recent announcement, the extension of the pilot has been extended to 31 Mar 2027. The LTR (E) pilot grants entitlement to Service Families Accommodation (SFA) alongside an increased allowances package to eligible service personnel. The eligibility criteria and application process along with the other pertinent details can be found in the Accompanied Established LTR (E ) Overseas Pilot DIN dated 21 Jan 24, via MODNET.
